Shipping policy

When you place an order online via our website we will deliver the products set out in your order anywhere in New Zealand.  Our Delivery is made by courier or an Alpha Sports team member.

We endeavour to deliver all products within 2-5 working days of us confirming receipt of the order, although this timeframe is an estimate only. We will make contact should there be any reason for delay.  If the product is sold out we will make contact also and you can cancel your order and a full refund of the product price plus postage will be refunded.

We will not otherwise be liable to you for any damages, or expenses of any kind, suffered or incurred by you due to the order not being fulfilled or the products not being delivered within the estimated time frame.
