Refund policy

Here at Alpha Sports we are all about customer service and we stand by the quality of all our products. If you are returning a product we will refund the purchase price or exchange the product within 7 working days of delivery (for any reason), provided that the product is returned in their original condition with packaging and invoice. 

Any repairs will be carried out by the supplier and not by Alpha Sports. Some items might not be repairable and a replacement or refund will be offered.  Manufacturer warranty periods and the availability of items for replacement are at the manufacturer’s discretion and out of Alpha Sports control. We will do our best to ensure we get a quick repair, replacement or refund for you and we will keep you completely informed during the process.

Alpha Sports will not accept any returns on underwear due to hygiene reasons unless the packaging is completely unopened.

Alpha Sports regrets that once an order containing personalised items has been validated it cannot be changed or cancelled. This includes cricket bats which have been knocked in or modified in anyway.

Full priced items can be exchanged, credited or refunded. All sale items (namely 'price drop' and 'clearance' items) can be exchanged or credited but no refunds will be offered.

 

To return products please either visit our nearest store with a copy of your invoice, or email admin@alphasports.co.nz and we will advise you on how best to return the goods to us.
